We would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking to sell their home. He's not just a "stick a sign in your yard and host some open houses" type of real estate agent. He was thorough in the research of our area with comps and pricing. He uses new approaches to marketing your home and has several networks to get your listing out. Matt understood the pride we had in our home and was supportive and honest with advice during the entire process from listing to the negotiations with potential buyers. He is quick to respond with any questions and flexible with schedules and showings.
