Matt listens, advises, and truly goes the extra mile for his clients. He was a blessing to us in the sale of our old home and purchase of our present home. He also connected us with contractors for renovations on the home. Matt gets to know his clients, which builds trust and respect. His patience and willingness to listen to what we wanted in a new home meant waiting and searching for that home. He never tried to push a sale on us. Instead, talked through the pros and cons so a rational decision was made. This search was a time consuming process. But, he was always willing to show us additional homes. Matt was absolutely amazing! Most of our house tours were done over FaceTime as we lived out of state while searching for a new home. Matt took the time to learn what we liked and didn’t like, so we knew we could trust him to share his honest opinion about houses when we couldn’t be there in person. Matt went above and beyond to make sure we found the right home. Would recommend him again and again!

My husband and I decided on an impulse to look at a house we were interested in possibly purchasing! I connected with Matt and 2 hours later we met him for a walk thru. He was very knowledgeable and honest, I always felt like he had our best interests in mind. Since we were not really planning to buy, that left us in the position to get our current house ready to go on the market in a hurry! Matt again was so helpful, he made great suggestions on what to do to stage the house and even had some awesome professional photographs taken. Even a week before Thanksgiving, we sold our house in 3 days! I often teased Matt that he didn’t have to work to hard, but in the end he was there at every turn, he really made the process of selling and buying a house at the same time seem almost simple. He is truly a great guy and I would highly recommend him as an agent!
