My husband and I decided on an impulse to look at a house we were interested in possibly purchasing! I connected with Matt and 2 hours later we met him for a walk thru. He was very knowledgeable and honest, I always felt like he had our best interests in mind. Since we were not really planning to buy, that left us in the position to get our current house ready to go on the market in a hurry! Matt again was so helpful, he made great suggestions on what to do to stage the house and even had some awesome professional photographs taken. Even a week before Thanksgiving, we sold our house in 3 days! I often teased Matt that he didn’t have to work to hard, but in the end he was there at every turn, he really made the process of selling and buying a house at the same time seem almost simple. He is truly a great guy and I would highly recommend him as an agent!
