I’ve worked with Matt for a few years as a lender. I can honestly say that from a loan officer perspective that Matt is one of the easiest agents to work with. He’s diligent for his clients and his business partners as well. Easily to communicate with and is always “on.” Matt is an agent that I have no problem referring friends and family to, as well as other clients. He often collaborates with clients and loan officers to think outside the box to make offers more attractive and home buying go smoother. Matt is one of the best out there, and you’ll never be wrong when you choose Matt to work with!

We have been through many realtors over the years and Matt is by far the best we've ever had the pleasure of working with. He is on top of things and honestly made us feel like we were his only clients when I know that is far from being the case. Matt was such a pleasure to work with through the entire process of selling our house ! My husband and I decided on an impulse to look at a house we were interested in possibly purchasing! I connected with Matt and 2 hours later we met him for a walk thru. He was very knowledgeable and honest, I always felt like he had our best interests in mind. Since we were not really planning to buy, that left us in the position to get our current house ready to go on the market in a hurry! Matt again was so helpful, he made great suggestions on what to do to stage the house and even had some awesome professional photographs taken. Even a week before Thanksgiving, we sold our house in 3 days! I often teased Matt that he didn’t have to work to hard, but in the end he was there at every turn, he really made the process of selling and buying a house at the same time seem almost simple. He is truly a great guy and I would highly recommend him as an agent!

Matt was referred to us by a former coworker. My family and I were planning a move from out of state and had limited time to view houses, etc. Matt spent an entire weekend with my family, viewing house after house after house. Matt was amazingly attentive and very much in tune with what we were looking for in a home.
